Wayne is a manager with a 25+ year track record in strategic marketing, business development and operations in commercial businesses and in the public sector.
Wayne has extensive commercial management experience in construction, health, vocational training and tertiary education. He understands small and large businesses and what makes them successful.
Having managed the design and development of training systems and communications, Wayne knows that there are huge opportunities for businesses that recognise the value that new technologies can bring.
Paddy Ward
Paddy is an expert at utilising the very latest technologies to create innovative training and communications.
His background in hospitality and business management led to many years developing and implementing training systems and resources.
Paddy has spent many years in tertiary vocational training, teaching as well as designing & developing innovative training solutions for a wide range of trades and occupations. He has also spent two years in the international education sector as a business development manager,
